"We use the hotel frequently and feel at home there. Especially like the atmosphere in the bar and invariably find ourselves chatting with other guests. Great location for the business district but only ten minutes from the Royal Albert Dock or the excellent city centre shops. Literally dozens of good restaurants within 15 minutes walk and its own MPW restaurant is also very good. Highly recommended "

"Used the hotel for one night for a football game. Easy to get to from Lime St station (20 mins) and an easy enough walk to ground (30 mins). Not much around immediate area but didn’t mind that. Had a burger from their afternoon menu when I arrived and tbh, it was not great. Tasty but the burger (the beef bit!) was tiny which was disappointing. However, the breakfast was excellent, 10/10 for that. Overall, happy with stay and would consider booking again"

"It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."
