"I cannot pay enough tribute to the professionalism of the caring and attentive staff, from the reception, the dining room and the room staff. They were all 'great'. I despaired at the ignorance of some of the guests, who using the smokers' area outside the hotel, instead of using the ashtrays provided they insisted on throwing their cigarette stubs onto the ground along with empty cigarette packets."

" I have to say my favorite part of the stay way the stunning views across the Mersey or meal times when I felt that the staff was genuinely interested in hearing about all of the guests' activities and where they had been or were they was going. Nothing was too much trouble, and being remembered by name made the experience even more special. As a returning customer, I was greeted as family, chatted with all of the staff, and had pleasant, caring conversations. As always the reception team house keeping bar and waiting staff night staff were all attentive and nothing was to much trouble well done team of the year and all in the absence of Brian who must be very proud of his team well done ambassadors of Elesmere Port you smashed it out the park again......."
