"Some of the carpet is older and tattered but they are renovating some rooms so I expect more improvements also. Cool to see my closest rooms being renovated so we knew it would be quiet. Nice quiet lobby to sit and read and crochet in the morning while my husband sleeps in. No obnoxious TV blaring with CNN like so many hotels these days. Early morning is enjoyably quiet, just hearing the sounds of breakfast being made. Cozy chairs to relax in, wish the fire place was turned on but still very nice. Will likely stay again, see how the new rooms turn out and maybe bring grandkids to use the pool. "
