"Our room was not made up prior to us arriving in the evening. The counter attendant was able to shuffle rooms around to maybe things work for us. Lots of items in facility needing maintenance or broken down. Only reason for a 5 was due to the attempts at conflict resolution. "

Light switch in bathroom had visible dirt. Again, furniture and carpeting could really use updating. Pool area near my room was closed.
