The initial interaction with the receptionist was nice, she was friendly and helpful.
When we got into the room, the light switch didn't work. It smelled of basement (it was the lower/half basement room but still), and beneath the bed skirts was very dirty. The other guests were noisy and sketchy, from children running up and down the stairs, to people knocking on doors and shouting all through the night.
But it was cheap, and a warm room to stay during a blizzard. The people were nice, the room not so much. You get what you pay for.
