"Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Kevin Serralta the assistant manager went above and beyond. The location of the hotel is amazing, perfectly close to city centre and Nordstrom for shopping, walkable to the pier and pike place market, space needle too. The Polar Bar in the hotel serves some amazing cocktails. During the day, Starbucks coffee and cold lemon water is always available in the hotel lobby during morning hours. Breakfast was nice but many walkable options near the hotel. Would definitely recommend to stay here with perfect proximity to the downtown as well as easy going wind down evenings."

"Check in was super quick, the woman working late night at the desk was very nice every time i saw her. Close to the grocery store and right by the freeway. I (F) came in alone at 2:30 a.m. and never felt unsafe. Great place to stay!"
