"Great communication from the owner. Missing a few conveniences that would have been a nice touch (coffee pods, extra toilet paper, soap etc). Other than that the location was perfect. Right above a cool bar that wasn’t noisy at all. Slept with an open window and the sounds of the ocean waves. "

Very spacious apartment and responsive host Altough be careful it advertises parking available on request and a washer and dryer there is no parking and no dryer…but drying rack is availble. I VERY creaky floors, no one above us but i felt terrible for the people under us everytime i walked, even on tippy toes it was uncontrollable…. "

"This is the upper part of the house, Bettina and her family is super nice and friendly, the accommodation is clean and spacious, have a good vibe. Location: nature is just amazing there, one can make a good hike. The center of Sao Vicente is quite far 60 minutes by walk and the road is quite steep. The closest shop is approximately 30 minutes walk. We needed to work there and had issues with the internet connection (it was poor or non-existent), but the family was really friendly and helpful."

"This was our third time staying at this property. Joe's brother Nelson and his wife Ana greeted us when we arrived and were excited to show us all the upgrades Joe has done. New furniture in the living room, a new cabinet beside the table in the kitchen, new dishes and pots and pans and both bathrooms totally renovated. We love the location on the water and everything you need just a stroll away. We are hoping to return next year."

"The place was fantastic however GuestReady was terrible! I spent hours on this booking and long story later I was promised the checkin information would be sent to us before we arrived. "Great place to watch the sunset from a shared deck while having dinner. Double check if the jacuzzi is in working condition, it was off due to covid measures during my stay. wifi was not available as described, however there was signal for vodafone data. The host sends you GPS coordinates to find the location in a welcome message. If you are driving uphill to reach what looks like a shed at the GPS cooridnates, walk back downhill a few meters to find stairs going down towards the house."
