"This house worked perfectly for us. The neighborhood is quiet, the house was very clean, and had everything we needed especially the kitchen which is well stocked with utensils and cooking pots and pans. Our daughter loved having her own bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. We also enjoyed having woods behind the house and watching the deer come down every day. This is an ideal house for anyone looking to stay near Rochester and the surrounding area. "

"We had a great trip enjoying the snow! The house itself is old, and definitely needs some repairing, but nothing major that required immediate maintenance. I would say if you go during winter, bring blankets! Theirs are pretty thin. Great backyard! The owners were great and checked in with us throughout the stay. "We had a great stay. The check in process was easy. The property was large and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk across the road to get to the dock and waterfront. It was the perfect getaway while visiting family and friends in the Rochester, NY area. German Brothers Marina is just a little ways down the road and we rented a boat one day and it was easy to stop at the dock and exchange passengers. "We loved our stay. The home was perfect for us and our small children. The spacious layout was nice for them to play and we had ample amounts of space to share many memories. The beds were comfy & the towels were soft. I’d recommend this home to anyone but especially families. The couch was amazing!! Every other rental I’ve ever stayed in always had a lousy couch, this one was awesome! "
