"The cabin lives up to its name as it is very cozy and the views are spectacular. We had northern light shows both nights we stayed there and loved the sauna to warm up after a cold day on the glacier not too far from the cabin. The owner communicated very well and check in and out was very easy. We loved that the cabin is off the beaten path but also a 20 minute drive to restaurants and shops in Borgarnes. We would definitely stay here when we visit Iceland again. "

"We really loved the peaceful setting of the cabin. It felt so spacious for our group of two! The views were wonderful especially the glacier in the distance. It is definitely quite a ride into town so we were glad to have brought food to cook there. It was a great spot to access the Snaefellsnes peninsula which we did in one day. We would have loved to stay longer!"

"The cabin was charming and comfortable, and the property is surrounded by beautiful wild flowers. The sauna heats up quickly and is spacious. The private setting makes for a great sauna session. We really appreciated the extra towels for use in the sauna. Make sure to take some Nespresso pods with you to enjoy your morning coffee next to the gorgeous big windows. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies for cooking and eating. Despite being in a quiet and somewhat secluded place, there is a...

"We had a lovely, unique stay in that remote cottage. We loved the quietness, coziness and the big sky. Really enjoyed the mountain and sheep in the background. Did I mention we were fortunate to wath the northern lights for hours?"

"This house is very clean, warm, inviting and modern. It has a great kitchen, comfortable rooms and beautiful views from the hot tub. It allows for a great relaxing time with family after driving the ring road. The weather was beautiful AND we saw the northern lights which was the highlight of our trip. Great hosts who communicated well. We highly recommend this property."

"Hotel was in a quiet location but easy to find. Host was very responsive and helpful. All the information I needed was emailed well before check in. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was a good size. "

"Life on a horse farm, with beautiful Icelandic show horses, was terrific. Fully appointed kitchen and outdoor grill meant we could cook up a storm and grill some tender lamb for dinner. The owners were welcoming and the horses were gentle and beautiful. Location was perfect for the Gerduberg basalt cliffs and the gorgeous coastal hike from Arnastapi to Hellnar on the Snaefellsnes peninsula. Four adults were comfortable sharing the cottage."

"Very clean, safe and large apartment. Interacted with one lady staff in the morning and she was so courteous. I had forgotten my wallet and passport in the apartment during check out but she came running to my car in the parking lot before i drove off. Thanks to her and thanks to the property who have honest prople working there. The property location is excellent, Kirkjufell mountain is visible from the room window and is literally 2 minutes drive, it has excellent views too. It had full kitchen, utensils and small dinning table for four. In short would love to stay there again."
