It allows for a great relaxing time with family after driving the ring road. The weather was beautiful AND we saw the northern lights which was the highlight of our trip. "Svanhildur was an awesome host, always available to any queries and help. The house was clean and beautiful. The kitchen had all the utensils needed and was also well stocked - which was important for us as we did a lot of cooking for a family of 10 people of all ages. "

"Hotel was in a quiet location but easy to find. Host was very responsive and helpful. All the information I needed was emailed well before check in. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was a good size. "

"Life on a horse farm, with beautiful Icelandic show horses, was terrific. Fully appointed kitchen and outdoor grill meant we could cook up a storm and grill some tender lamb for dinner. The owners were welcoming and the horses were gentle and beautiful. Location was perfect for the Gerduberg basalt cliffs and the gorgeous coastal hike from Arnastapi to Hellnar on the Snaefellsnes peninsula. Four adults were comfortable sharing the cottage."

"Very clean, safe and large apartment. Interacted with one lady staff in the morning and she was so courteous. I had forgotten my wallet and passport in the apartment during check out but she came running to my car in the parking lot before i drove off. Thanks to her and thanks to the property who have honest prople working there. The property location is excellent, Kirkjufell mountain is visible from the room window and is literally 2 minutes drive, it has excellent views too. It had full kitchen, utensils and small dinning table for four. In short would love to stay there again."
