"A little gem of a place, booked two rooms and they were both unique. There is some minor maintenance going on but it does not effect anything. Staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to help or answer any questions. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the main city centre where there is everything you could possibly need. Will definitely go back as soon as possible!"

"We had a warm welcome. Our room was on the small side for a twin and there was a huge tv completely in front of the mirror! The bathroom felt recently decorated and was very clean. We had bad neighbours fighting during the night but the staff managed to sort the problem out after an hour.(3-4am!) Paige helped us with a misunderstanding over the swimming pool in the morning and we enjoyed a warm clean swim. The spa man was friendly. Paige gave us another room for our second night which was much quieter and we slept very well. We will return and hope Paige will be there to look after us again. "

"Staff were nice and friendly, the room was a set up to high standard . There was also a hairdryer which was good because it rained the night before, so could dry clothes. Lift good ! Has lots of space around the hotel. Loads of rooms , the room was really good ! I would definitely stay again ! Thank you to the staff and everyone that make this hotel fantastic! Will come again sometime in the distant future ! "
