"It was easy in every way. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It felt like a family. There was plenty of room in the lounge and dining area. Room was a good size. Better than Premier Inn. Free Wifi. Free breakfast. Note to Management: It might be a good idea to put a clearer sign by the toaster - DO NOT PUT CROISSANTS IN THE TOASTER."

I asked them to move which they did eventually but it is disgusting trying to input details whilst being poisoned but cigarette smoke. Shame staff cannot use CCTV to enforce this"
