"Thank you to Pascal (front desk) who checked us in, very friendly and easy to talk to, requested a good room with a view of downtown and he got us that. Antonio (valet) is friendly as well and we vibed we can trust him with our car. Parking is scarce since it’s being shared with the public. The second floor is the best part, lounge areas and balcony, unli free coffees/tea/cookies/tvs/bar! There are a lot of great restaurants and cafes around. Startbx right in front."

"We had a pet room that was convenient for the side door to take them out. They charged for second service animal. First room smelt a little bad so we asked to be moved as I didn’t want blame for the smell on us and our service dogs. Staff were very helpful. They are very restrictive of payment methods and charge a fee to check you can pay with card presented"
