"Breakfast was great with a combination of buffet hot dish to order. Good facilities, great staff and nice small spa within the hotel. Will definitely come back if I visit Bath again. "

We had room upgrade and this room had everything, as well as a shower there was a bath in the bedroom very quirky. We need to return and next time make it for longer."

"The staff will go out of their way to assist with anything you need. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Do take note of the limited parking especially during busy periods. Breakfast is great however the dinner option is limited to pizza and 2 pasta choices."

"Great location for the city centre. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. We had our dog with us and she was spoilt with treats by the staff in the bar. We had a basement room that was really quiet and lovely and dark overnight. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. Huge bathroom!"
