"The location was perfect and was very welcoming. We enjoyed all of the amenities from the jukebox, to the pinball machine, to the jacuzzi tub. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Todd and their property highly enough. It’s was the best anniversary getaway ever! Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality! "

"The continental breakfast was wonderful. The staff were great - friendly, helpful. Felt bad for them because there was a youth hockey tournament and lots of loud kids/families and they kept getting complaints about noise. They had a lot to deal with and did a great job!"

"Front desk customer service and breakfast gals were welcoming, friendly, polite and helpful. Pool and hot tub were clean. Room was clean, although it would be nice to be able to have a little more variability to the thermostat in the room. A major plus for me was the coffee station in the lobby. Good coffee with nice size cups and actual real half and half not powder or the mini creamer cups. Would definitely stay again if I was traveling through the area again. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The Cabbage is lovely, rustic, but well equipped and well decorated. We did not come across anything we needed that wasn’t there. A few things of note for the planning purposes of other travelers. The walls are very thin between bedrooms, as in wood slats that aren’t all tightly fitted (original I assume). There is no stove. There is another cabin fairly close on one side, and woods behind and on other side of cabin, and the backyard is pretty private overall. The cabin is across the road from the lake, and there are also houses on the other side of the road, so the picture out the front window on the listing is maybe old, because you are looking out at houses with the lake behind them. None of these were issues for us, we used the toaster oven and microwave and there is a hot plate. Lots of extra blankets, pillows, towels, etc. I was impressed with the level of thought put into what’s there and where it’s located. The info book is well put together and can easily be referred to for most questions regarding how to control heat, etc. We would recommend and return!"
