"We were traveling internationally and booked this property weeks in advance. The reservation was confirmed by VBRO. When we contacted the owner for check in instructions 1 hour prior to check in, he said he hadn't checked his email and never got our reservation. The house is nicely decorated, the owners have clearly done much more that the minimum. It really feels like staying in a friend's house. The location is great.
