"We arrived late very late on the evening, long after the office closed, but we called the number provided, and a staff member can from home to check is in."

"This hotel is a great stopping point for regular trips. I really like the dog friendly hotel. Only gripe would be? Room carpet is stained with many pet stains. I guess a lot of peoples pets aren't potty trained? That, is a bummer. My dog can smell it on the chairs, walls, floors, hall and stairs. Hope it's cleaner than it seems. "

"Great experience for the stay. Stopped through Eugene on a road trip and looked at a number of different hotels. Valley River said they just renovated so we figured it must be clean, new, and a good overall option, which this most definitely was! Would stay again as the room was spacious, shower was nice, and bathroom was large. Nothing but positives here."

"My son was going to run at Hayward field. We needed a hotel close by with free parking, pool, hot tub and exercise room. This checked all the boxes. It was even closer than I thought plus walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants & Dutch Bros was in the parking lot. Comfortable beds and surprisingly quiet even though we were in the room right next to the elevator. "
