"The location was great for our needs since it was close to our daughters place. The apartment was just OK. Kind of bland with little amenities. The layout was poor, with the WC at the entrance & sleeping at the rear. The steps were inconvenient splitting the place into upper (sleeping, living) & lower (bathing & eating-dining). The room sizes were over average, but not greatly furnished."

"Very friendly staff. Anthony, Restaurant Manager, was excellent. Only issue on NYE was that I had called from the UK to book dinner and it was not communicated to the restaurant. On arrival, we were told that there was no booking but that they would fit us in. I called again hours before the booking and was told by the same woman that the booking was confirmed. "The Best Western Plus has become my goto place to stay when I come to Brussels. It is in an old building with original features, the location is convenient close to restaurants, shopping and transportation although a (paid) parking space was made available for me. It has a good buffet breakfast and the staff are very friendly, it is clean and hospitable. I would recommend staying here!"
