The gated community is very nicely kept and the heated pool and jacuzzi are a wonderful addition to any day whether out and about or just enjoying a lazy day. Mark has equipped the unit well with everything needed. He was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any inquiry. Lovely patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. Would definitely use again. "

"I was a little disappointed in the location, but it really wasn't that far from restaurants and shopping. It is a large complex and figuring things out at night can be challenging. Clean . The property manager was very patient with me!"

"We were very happy with our stay here. The place was clean and well stocked. The location was convenient, quiet and felt safe. The host had great communication and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend Otro Cafe which we tried after the host recommended and it was fantastic. "We needed one extra night for two people ahead of a larger stay, and this fit the bill. Check-in directions were clear. Check-out was simple. We did not bring pets so I can't speak to that part."

"I would consider renting the property again"

"We had a great stay! The host was great with communication and did everything to make us feel at home. The beds and living room was very comfy and the kitchen was well set up. The neighbors were quiet and kind. It is in a gated community. The pool and hot tub must have been closed for the season but that is outside of the host’s control. Bathtubs need to be replaced and the AC is a bit noisy. "

"The perfect place to stay in the Phoenix area! Easy access to downtown and other things to do. The place itself is absolutely beautiful and so clean. If we come back to Phoenix, we’d love to be able to stay there again. "

"I was a little apprehensive at first only because I realized it is more of a retirement like community. This apprehension was short lived. We walked the trail daily and went to the pool and everyone we came in contact with was kind and welcoming. The location was close to anything we needed and the home was comfortable and cozy. "This condo, Desert Shores #218, is very well furnished and comfortable. The condo's proximity to I17 makes it easy to get anywhere in the area, and restaurants and shops are nearby. We enjoyed our daily walks around the lake, and sitting on the screened porch watching the variety of waterbirds. All in all we had a nice time here during the month of February.."

"We found the unit to be as advertised, clean, roomy, and convenient. It was nice to have a garage for the rental vehicle and all the amenties that you take for granted were available in the unit. For example, Keurig coffee system, coffee drip unit, 3 TV's, 2 patios with furniture, and so on. The neighbors were very friendly and approachable. "

"This was an excellent stay. All went superbly well. We will certainly consider this condo the next time! Only two points to note: the blocked drain of the bath was very quickly fixed (well done) and there were some suspect black spots around door rim of washing machine. "

"The area isn’t the best a lot of homeless people wandering day and night, however no one bothered us. I walked alone day and night with zero issue. For a non smoking complex there was a lot of marijuana smoking taking place in the complex. Beds were good building was quiet. Received the codes and everything thru email or the app. Building was clean. There was sonder staff at the building everyday if you needed to ask questions, as well as email or communication via the app. Pool area had a smell...
