"Had a choice of booking a Classic or Superior room, the later being advertised as being larger in size with space to relax in. It wasn't until we got there, and questioned the room allocation, that we were told that all rooms, apart from the suites, were the same size. Very disappointed as we paid for a Superior room, but ended up with a room with just about enough room to swing a cat. Would recommend only if you would like a place to return to a sleep only."

"Overall was a really great place to stay for the weekend. The main issue was that when it rained, there were a bunch of leaks around the house. The host was really quick to respond to me and come clean things up though. The bathroom didn’t smell good and there is one sink for the 6 bedrooms. We had a really great time - all of the rooms were amazing and it was super easy for all of us to get inside. "I’ve rarely had such a bad experience with a hotel. I arrived there just after 10pm and despite having them on the phone at 9:30pm to tell them I am on my way and will be there at 10:15pm, no one was there to open the door. I called them again at the door and they refused to come and help. I had to take another hotel. Considering I had prepaid in full I found this incredibly outrageous and I am currently making a claim against them."

"It’s good value for money but there were couple issues during our stay. 1) it says city tax is payable at the property and Expedia asks not to pay anything anyway else but on the website. The property wanted me to pay the tax online beforehand or they wouldn’t let us in. So I was forced to pay online and next day someone came to ask for cash to pay for the tax. I sent them confirmation that I’ve sent the money and they asked to send it again. 2) because there’s common areas they didn’t know what...
