"We stayed for three nights. The location is perfect, although the entrance is very subtle. But once you know where it is, you're fine. The staff were a delight - every one was super nice. There was some construction going on in the upper floors, but it didn't disturb us at all. Our room was cozy, but the bed super-comfortable and the shower was fabulous, too. For a short break in central Lisbon, it's perfect."

"This is a great choice for staying either for short stay or for longer. The location is I central old city close to all important tourist sites. Our accomodation we chose mainly for affordability. It turned out to offer much more. It was like a small apartment with living area, full kitchen, and comfortable bedroom and modern bathroom. "The room is not big but enough for sleeping and storage. The bathroom is clean and spacious which is good. There is a shared kitchen with minimal equipment so basic cooking can be done. Call the staff or arrive at the property after 12 because there is no one before that. The staff is friendly and nice. Close to supermarket and laundry. Acceptable choice for budget travellers. "

"We booked two rooms as travelled as family. The staff were very friendly, a warm welcome and great start to our holiday in Lisbon. Went out of the way including a welcome glass of wine at checkin! As a boutique hotel feels very cosy and staff gave some very valuable insights into Lisbon. Location in Baixa is great as just next to Rossio Metro, 28 tramline and walking distance to many an attraction. A very good breakfast with varied delcious mix of Portuguese and continental options."

"The booking was confirmed on a 2nd floor, i got a 3rd floor, all switches dirty actually black, bed horrible mattress, there was a alarm ringing at 04 am on first night, and toilet cleaning very bad specially in the shower. Mean time I have lung emphysema and I complain about the floor as confirmation was to a 2nd floor they said that wasn’t for us chose the floor even if of the booking wouldn’t show that you were going to stay on a 3rd. So yes mainly was very bad "

"The lofts are a rally nice concept, the room was clean and looked really good. Bathroom was really small, but that was expected for the suite. Great having access to laundry and other amenities. Location is great, easy access to transit, central Lisbon, Belem, and a few minutes ride to the airport. I never knew if I had a two way communication with the host, or it was just automatically generated messages, and never replied my my WhatsApp message to get some clarity. I felt they didn't directly...
