"Great place to stay to visit Alnwick and the surrounding area. The only downside is the noise from the traffic. Really noisy in the room we had. But check in and out was easy, and breakfast was great. "

All rooms are very different so if you want a bath or shower in particular, make sure you check the details. "Booked last minute as we needed to break our journey. Arrived at 20.30 hrs. Staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. As food was only served till 9pm we put our bags in the room and came down for some food. The menu looked good and what we ordered didnt dissapoint. I especially loved the chips qhich were treble cooked. Our room was clean and fairly basic, in a nice sort of way.
