"The service was so personal it felt like we were part of their family. We were greeted by friendly staff who immediately took our bags while we checked in. We received private tours to the volcano and waterfalls which are amazing. We got to see and feed some amazing animals. The guides are very knowledgeable and friendly. "It's very out of the way, a little hard to find, but beautiful. Not fancy, clean, rustic. Cute. Great breakfast. Only one restaurant close by, but they told us that the other restaurants deliver. There is a 'kitchenette' in the room, so you can bring some groceries if you like. Or reheat leftovers. "

"This property is perfect for a weekend getaway from San Jose and for those who want enjoy the beauty of the Puriscal mountain range.. It is very clean and quiet and the patio offers great view of the mountain. Dining is 4km away in Santiago which was very inconvenient. Not recommended for family with children."
