"The start of my stay was very upsetting with a rude security guard who is obsessed with reverse parking. I could speak a reasonable amount of Spanish but my parents can not - he was so mean and angry they did not understand - I was translating to ensure they parked in a way he was happy with. I reported it to the owner but it didn’t seem like the issue was dealt with. "Just a fantastic experience. Deborah and Ron are extremely accommodating hosts & pay attention to every minor detail. Constant communication and making sure things smooth. Very reassuring.
