"Loved everyone was an amazing experience , only negative take away is the fact that even if you rent the penthouse they have a strict 2 person max at any time inside the room . However they have a living room with sofa and 2 chairs and a dining table with 5 chairs. Jmmm makes you wonder. In order to have a couple friends come over I had to book another room on the same floor so that they could visit. How ever I repeat the service is world class , That’s why I don’t have to mention anyone by name. All were equally as attentive and helpful the Jacuzzis are the best in Medellin . "
