"This was a convenient, clean and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately we were not provided with the code before our arrival, and so in order to check-in we had to walk to another place, which was a bit confusing. The lady was very friendly and welcoming though. "

"This unit was clean and comfortable. There are lots of levels to maneuver through, but it is charming. Unfortunately, the dryer was out of service during our stay, but the manager provided us with a drying rack. "

"Nice clean apt, be aware there are steep stairs to the apartment and the key was a little tricky. It was about 15 min walk to the city center "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. There were shops and restaurants right outside the door! Very cute, well decorated and good size bedrooms and bathroom. Everything was updated in the condo! The beds were very comfortable and the owner was easy to communicate with as needed! I would definitely recommend this as it is outside the city, but still so close to everything! "

"The apartment was lovely, in a good location. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. We walked everywhere but there are buses and taxis around. You can walk to the city centre to see the sites very easily. From the city centre we also got the train to Pisa for a day trip. While we were there we communicated with the rental agency via WhatsApp very easily. But I think the process of getting checked in before getting there could be improved. I didn’t get an email with a link to check in...

"The location and service were amazing. We had a problem the first night with a room that smelled like sewage. They had no other room with 2 beds available although they offered us a room with a bed and sofa. The next night we were moved to a new room and given a free breakfast. I would stay here again in the "old" building, since the "new" building had the smell issue."

"This hotel was incredible. The best room we had in our whole day in Italy. It was so spacious so clean and we absolutely love the tub. The staff was very nice and also suggested a few restaurants. It was very close to a lot of shopping areas. Everything is walkable we also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was very convenient with a lot of options. I feel like the price that we paid for this hotel was very reasonable and I would definitely come back and stay here, clean and quiet. We definitely felt safe here."

"Lovely stay overall, the staff was excellent, breakfast options were plenty. Awesome location within walking distance of major sights and the central market was around the corner. Our bathroom set up wasn't ideal, with only a rainfall showerhead and a very low sink with a faucet that made it difficult to wash my face at night, but they did provide washcloths, which was great. I'd stay at this property again. "
