"Amazing stay at Rivalta hotel. Rooms are clearn and a good size, queen size bed is comfortable. Smart TV with netflix and hdmi. Bathroom is beautifully designed with walk in shower. Room has everything you need; shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, sew kit, shower cap, safe, ironing board, kettle etc. Location is fantastic, everywhere is walkable yo florence. Highly recommend this hotel"

"A nice 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with room for our family of four. The location was great! Close to the train station, museums, shops and food. The only drawback was multiple flights of steps. The building does not include an elevator. We enjoyed the walk ability to lots of sites!"

"We absolutely LOVED this property!! The beginning of the stay didn't start so smooth as we were locked out of the apartment for about 2 hours - which on Christmas Eve especially was not ideal! However, the young man Mirko who was there to greet us and let us in was so wonderful. So while we waited for someone else to come fix the door, he gave us a history lesson and tons of ideas of places to go and things to see. "30th anniversary trip ! Arts and crafts was perfect location in Firenza! Away from the main square but only a short walk. Which we preferred . "Stayed 2 nights fantastic location central Florence walking distance to all attractions. Modern hotel with all facilities you would require..gym,spa, excellent restaurant. Breakfast was beautifully presented (buffet) everything was available. Staff excellent service, room very comfortable would definitely stay again."
