"Hotel had a nice Spanish appearance, though rooms were dated and beds uncomfortable. Clean upon a quick glance but room was very dusty upon proper inspection. Staff friendly but pool boys were not very proactive to assist. Some areas of the hotel are smart, others are a bit staid and need a refresh."

"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600. The hotel is very large made up of lots of sections with a free train bus at certain times to get around. We walked all over and it’s a very well kept lovely looking resort. "We really liked our stay. The views are just breathtaking, it is quiet and very relaxing environment. My toddler enjoyed the beach daily and loved his morning and evenings walks. I appreciated the convenience of constantly having taxis available. We will definitely come back."

"The hotel is right on the beach, and has a beautiful outdoor pool. The hotel, however is misleading; there is a 12 Euro charge to use the indoor pool and spa for a 75 min session. There is no shuttle bus to the city centre, at least during the winter months. Bolt fees around 8Euro each way. The New Years Day brunch was excellent. "

"Amazingly beautiful Hotel. Staff is also very nice. Shuttle takes you to their beach club, which has a great restaurant on site. Distance to Puerto Banus is about 15 min. We loved everything about the hotel. We stayed with kids 7 nights and didn’t want to leave! Truly a 5 star experience"

"Lovely property but I was extremely disappointed when I arrived to find out the sky bar was closed until 2025, this was not communicated prior to our stay and was not stated anywhere on the hotel listing prior to booking. The skybar was one of the main things that attracted us to the hotel when looking and had we known it wouldn’t be open we may have reconsidered this. "

nice central hotel

"The check-in was speedy and easy. There are rooms overlooking the pool and part sea view I would just watch which part of the building you stay in as some rooms remain in the shade all the time. It can be good in warmer periods but guests looking for winter sun will be disappointed if given a room in full shade also noted they charge £ euros per day per sunbed cushion by the pool in the dining room at breakfast they use a coffee machine but noted that Spanish guest could ask for expresso coffee which was made for them free of charge but English guests been charged 1.50 euro "
