"The friendly staff checked us in quickly and on our arrival to our room we fond a bottle of Cava and chocolates! This is my second stay (I had to bring my wife to take in the beachfront atmosphere and great location for exploring the shops, bars and restaurants along the beach walkway). We even walked to the castle! Thanks to all the staff at Occidental Fuengirola!"

"Very pleased with everything, especially when awful repetitive music at pool area turned off when requested. Overall cleanliness excellent with only one exception - covers on large sunbeds. Also, my stepdaughter cannot swim so could not go into pool at apartments as no shallow end. These only small niggles as total stay enjoyable and staff wonderful apart from one receptionist who didn't even apologise that our entry chips were disabled 2 days early. All other receptionists apart from her were friendly and helpful."

"Absolutely stunning hotel. It’s worth noting that some facilities are only open in the summer season. The outdoor pool is open from April onwards and they have a kids’ pool but it’s not well signposted. The indoor pool costs extra as it’s part of the spa but it’s sooooo good. The kids’ club doesn’t allow adults to stay and my 3-year-old didn’t enjoy it for that reason. Older kids will enjoy it. "

Lovely stay, fantastic food, great location!

"Room was big, stylish and well maintained, very comfortable. Excellent cleaning service, too. Food was outstanding, especially the Spanish food, fish and seafood dishes cooked to perfection every time and great variety and quality. Lots of healthy options. Great location few mins walk from beach and right by Torreblanca train station. Excellent standard all around, especially considering price."

Amazing! 11 stars!

"Absolutely incredible. Probably the single nicest hotel—for the price, value, room size and view we’ve EVER stayed in! I posted pictures of the view of the Mediterranean and the huge pool, which you could see from our very large balcony! Unbelievable views. The room had 4 separate rooms with doors! Great bed and bedroom. Large living room with table for 4. Separate kitchen with all amenities. And bathroom that is 4x bigger than most hotel bathrooms. Underground parking. Option to have free breakfast (not your typical hotel breakfast but 100s of options and freshly cooked food) or all-inclusive option (for a very reasonable up charge) to eat all 3 meals each day. The hotel has a 5 story atrium, which is so nice as well. Tons of things to do. Very family and kid friendly. Cannot say enough how much we loved our stay at Holiday World Village. "
