The host made sure to provide all the necessities we could have asked for. The location is exceptional for touring around St Augustine. We realized a three night stay was not enough to fully enjoy all St Augustine has to offer and we will definitely plan to rent this home again when we return! "

"My husband and I spent 9 weeks here (not long enough) and loved it. Martie is terrific and communicates promptly. The property is steps from the beach and you don't have to cross A1A. Everything you need is there and it was very clean and neat. The only problem we had was that it was already rented for next year. Hopefully we will book early enough to come back the year after next. Thanks for everything Martie, you have a winner with this property!"

"I booked this property to evacuate hurricane Milton. I drove 3 1/2 hours to property and when I got there my code didn’t work. I called the property manager and after 3 phone calls and his full voicemail, he finally called me and told me my reservation was cancelled!! I was furious and couldn’t believe that evolve travel never notified me. Check-in was at 3:00 pm and I got there at 2:00 and I never had anyone contact me…we were basically desperate for a place to stay ahead of the hurricane. We...
