"This was the perfect-sized space with all the amenities needed. It was close enough to the convention center (short 10 minute walk), as well as the east side of the freeway I had not explored that had many more nice restaurants and bars than the busy west wide of sixth street. I was pleased with this an alternative to the expensive hotels closer to the convention center."

"We were in Austin for Thanksgiving weekend. This guesthouse was perfect for our needs. Check-in was so easy. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was responsive to our issue with the heat, explaining how to set the heater and even brought over a portable heater just incase. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in Austin."

"TV never worked, AC was terrible. They finally sent over a tech after 36 hrs. He could not do anything about the TV and suggested it needed to be replaced. The toilet bowl cleaner was dirty and rusty. As a handicapped person, walking up and down a steep paved alley was challenging. Not worth the $$$ allwywn "

"Wonderful property and great location. Perfect for a couples getaway. Loved the hidden feel and safety of the area. Property managers were welcoming and available for any questions we had. They were even making improvements for us as we arrived. Even though it is in close range to the main house we never noticed any disturbances whatsoever. Highly recommend!!"

"Everything about this place was perfect. It was a great location for all our Austin explorations. We loved the privacy and the campy feel of the yard, even though we were in the middle of the city. We were also surprised at how quiet the overall neighborhood was at night. The pool was a great place to soak at the end of a long, hot day of walking. Bed was super comfy. "This was a fabulous location on the East side which is fast becoming a very active spot for young folks. I was visiting a relative who lived an 8 min walk away so great location. Walkable to bars, coffee shops, food trucks, BBQ places. The vrbo was a one bedroom with a small living room and a spacious kitchen with washer/drier.
