"The shower had the wrong wall bracket, so kept dropping off (room 8) The swimming pool was empty and looked likely had been for some time. The internet is unusable and only accessible in one area. "At the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly which was a nice added touch. The hotel was very clean. We had half board. The staff were very helpful and friendly. "We (couple late-20s) had a good stay at Hollywood Mirage at the end of January (four nights), the hotel is cheap and cheerful. The hotel is at the top of a large hill and a ~15/20 min walk from the beach, we didn’t mind this but something to be mindful of. The grounds were easy to get around and the ‘basic’ room was a good size with all required amenities (bath towels, kitchen utensils, fridge freezer, iron). "lovely aparthotel, heated pool. Victor the pool lifeguard was the star of the hotel. He could not help enough. The rest of staff were helpful and friendly. Note it is a steep hill about 20minutes to the beach. Hourly transport provided can fill up, but only 5-7 euros by taxi. Supermarket on the corner very useful and decent prices"

"All of the staff from the Reception area through to Dinning were always smiling, friendly and always at hand to help with anything or just a chat. The hotel has a great relaxed vibe which is a great credit to the staff. We found the location to be fabulous as walking along the coast one way took us towards Adeje and the other to Los Cristianos.
