"Overall, we have a good time at the resort. Staff were excellent and very helpful, and the facilities were nice. There were some maintenance issues during our stay - unfortunately the hot water wasn’t functioning for the week we were there, so showers were cold (luckily the weather was hot so it was easy to warm up after :) ). The house was spacious, well appointed, clean and met our needs very well. "5 of us stayed for 9 days. The apartment was very clean. I checked with a black light. Sheets and all common surfaces were spotless upon arrival. Lots of security, including gated access, cameras, and plenty of security guards. All were pleasant to speak with, and helpful.
