"The staff was very friendly, but there was a language barrier. We could not confirm the events or the location of the event. The website they kept insisting we use was also not functioning until the last day. The property was immaculate and well-manicured. Accept the water leak we had in our room after we arrived a day late due to the airlines. "

"This was fairly good for an all-inclusive hotel. The buffet choices were incredible - possibly the best I have ever seen, although I much prefer a la carte waiter-service restaurants. The a la carte restaurants were excellent. The hotel was quite noisy with constant music and too many children. If I had known about the adults-only Bouganville section next door, I would have booked that. My main criticism is that it was really over-priced for what we got. I think that the prices were hiked...
