"I have never had, nor can I imagine, better hosts. The owner was marvelously communicative, and answered every question in great detail. She even added a large pot to the kitchen supplies at my request. All of that gave me a great feeling about renting from her. On arrival, we were met by her helper, who was very friendly and attentive. She handed us keys and gate passes, so we had no trouble at all with check-in. "Unfortunately we did not have the best experience at this property. Geographically property is not where it was described and listed, other wise I would have never rented it. On the listing it described it came with laundry, when we checked in, it didn’t have laundry. We stayed 3 nights and trash was picked up until the last day. Trash outside was already filled all the way to the top from last renters."

"It was nice to spend time with my large family in 1 home. So much space for everyone. When we got there we had an issue with the fridge and 1 ac but right away the issue was fixed so I will keep the 5 stars. The house had amazing AC which is great with the Mazatlán heat. For sure will be booking again. Shirley and Bertha were great! "

"This is my third year at Torres. This resort is picturesque with its beauty and charming features. The people that work there treat you like family and do what it takes to make your vacation perfection. They called me several times just to ask if we needed anything and to be sure we were having a fantastic time. Mazatlan is my favorite place in Mexico. There are so many fun things to explore and the food is impeccable. I will be back to Torres for a fourth time!"
