"From the very start of booking, communication was excellent and fast in responding. We arrived with what felt like VIp service and security. They were very thorough in explaining everything from the location of kitchen supplies, how to use code to lock and enter the house as well as gates. "Our stay at Vista Turquesa was nothing short of extraordinary. Surrounded by a breathtaking view, the property offered a perfect blend of luxury and nature. "Beautiful property and very attentive staff. The property is very clean and has an immaculate view. The area is very quiet and is home to a very friendly community. The roads are very bumpy to get to this property and I would say this is the only negative. I would highly recommend this property for a stay for any family "

"Lovely, spacious home with basic essentials. While there is no AC there are fans provided. I slept in the Downstairs bedroom and it did not get too hot. I really appreciated the quick communication. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and quite cute. Would stay again. "

"I stayed at this property and had to leave a few days to a different one because there were several issues with the house. The place looses water every night around 10pm and the owner said that there was a water pump but it never worked. In addition everyone should know ahead of time that this house has its kitchen and eating area outside and in a country full of mosquito is not ideal. There are gekos outside and also inside which was not ideal there were huge roaches outside by the kitchen area...

"First I want to say I had a great host her communication was always transparent, she is also bilingual for anyone speaking english and spanish , I loved My stay i loved my vacation tho only mid hap i had during my trip is the lukewarm water, That’s half of the country though not everyone has water heaters but it was nothing major!"

"The house had a great centralized location to downtown Santa Ana! The property was very clean inside and out. The check-in process was somewhat antiquated due to the fact that due to delays we arrived later than expected, and had to still coordinate a face to face hand off of the keys to the location. "It was a really nice, very close to our family. The swimming pool it was very nice. As well having a washing machine it came very handy. The only thing is it was very hot at night and the a/c did not reach the rooms. The maun water was cut off early in the morning without knowing., but a rext with erick, was resolved quickky. Thanks. I will rent it again in the future."

"I absolutely loved my four nights at the family owned Casa de Graciela. The hotel is very clean extremely well cared for. The staff was very attentive and helpful. It's next to the plaza, an easy walk to everything. Communication with the owner, Gerardo, was fantastic. It's certainly not a cheap option in Ataco but, the value is there as it felt luxurious. The garden was a wonderful place to chill and work, the bed and linen were of high quality and the included breakfasts were savory. A suggestion would be to perhaps provide more breakfast options for guests as only a limited selection of breakfast items available were offered to guests (included). The hotel is very cozy with many artifacts displayed in a tasteful manner. I enjoyed the wall fountain at the end of the hall near my room. Thanks for a lovely stay, Gerado and staff :)"
