Stayed her for a night and wish we would’ve been here longer. Everything looked new and well maintained. The restaurant was nice and everything we tried was delicious. Would definitely want to come back.
Legit place to stay. My wife loved its modern look. And being tucked into the side of the mountain suits my taste. There's a little bit for everyone here to enjoy.
Beautiful place. Keep in mind hotel is located inside the National park. National park has hours of operation from 8am to 8pm, before and after those hours the gates are locked. Good luck getting them to open it. Would definitely stay there again but only for one night unless doing multiple summits to the volcanoes

The staff from the hotel is great. The hotel has beautiful natural views. Outside is really cold in the night time and morning. The down part of it all was the hot water. There isn't on the shower. I called for service and they turned it on but it still didn't work. Also the heat was not controllable. The service provider turned it on. But then we couldn't turn it back off. Besides all of it, it was average.
It was amazing having the Volcano up close, even if it was for a short time until mother nature decided it was enough and it was clouded over. It was very peaceful and quiet, maybe not the most exciting place but the best to just lay back and relax
This place was beautiful. I loved the design and everyone was very friendly! The view was amazing! The rooms were so nice! Beds were so comfortable too.
This property was the best out of our travel by El Salvador this year. The surrounding are amazing and if you are thinking or planning a trip to the volcano crater this is the best location to spend the night.
Overall I love this place!!!!!
The hotel and the reception service was amazing. The view were beautiful along with the suite we stayed in. However the service at the restaurant was the worst service we experienced on our vacation. The dinner had moths everywhere and became extremely unsanitary. The dinner was also cold. We went back for breakfast and it was cold as well. Both times at the restaurant we had to find a server to sit us. After being seated we had to continuously flag down a server to order or get any type of assistance.
Well. The property and views were magnificent. However. There were some issues. Mostly with the restaurant. They were so extremely Slow and had Bad service. They seemed xond with knowing what was on the menu. And we didn't get checked on often. Making us feel ignored. I also
Ask for skim milk. Got whole milk spent the night in stomach pains.
The shampoo and conditioner and soap were in containers that were cheap and easily broken when I pushed down on the pump.
Other than that. The rest was very good. Especially when we got caught by the rain storm and slowed us down. The hotel staff was very kind to be available for us. Special thanks for that.
