After check-in, I sent them another message stating that due to the lack (or no communication), I would not be showing up for my reservation and to cancel or to minimize my days to the minimum (from 6 nights), and nothing happened."

"The home is a two story with no safety guards for children…please be fully aware not all details are on the listing. All rooms are on the second floor. One of the bedrooms does not have a fan. Certain areas of the home were also unclean. The owners of this home are not necessarily helpful. If you have children under 4 traveling with you here please do not risk coming to this location. My 2 yr old almost fell down the stairs twice and after speaking to the owner of the home they refused to give...

"Property manager did not return my $20 damage deposit even though there was no damage. He tried to over charge for transportation to airport and tried to charge for un specified “consumables”. Be very cautious! "

"This home is beautiful Atami beach is just a few minutes away and it is breathtaking. The property owner Mr. Salvador was wonderful he responded immediately anytime we needed anything a pleasure to have him as our host. Hector the groundskeeper is amazing very helpful and kind. We look forward to visiting this home again."
