The Kali hotel is magnificent! Great food,great,friendly, personable and heatfelt service. Osmin at the front desk took special care to make sure our atay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The Kali Hotel is very nice. The rooms are definitely as advertised. Our host Osmin, at the front desk has been very accommodating. The food here very good. Nothng is more wonderful then breakfast on the rooftop while the sun rises and cathedrals bells are ringing.

The hotel is near to the historical Santa Ana but easy to access and with parking facilities. Excellent breakfast, and very friendly employees.

This property is very close to the burned city market, it's terrible all the sidewalks occupied by street vendors, because the market hasn't been build. It's noisy, doesn't have an elevator as well as hot water. Is an old building. The room didn't have a phone, no luggage rack, no hand towels, just a couple of wash cloth, no toiletries, no tissues. Fair parking, good breakfast, kind personnel.. expedia should adv ertise the lack of hot water and Elevator.

The facility is too loud and doesn’t offer a peaceful sleep. They have loud parties over the rooms and after parties cleaning is done at midnight and goes through until 2 or 3 am. We woke up extremely tired!

There was too much perfume in the air from electric diffusers. In the room as well as in the Lobby and the hallway upstairs. These " Air fresheners" are very harmful to your health new studies show. Many people are allergic. They basically pollute the air. https://www.indoordoctor.com/blog/health-hazards-plug-air-fresheners/ It would be great if you could remove these perfumes at least from the room where people sleep in. The last hotel I stayed in , I was sneezing for 2 hrs and I had a runny nose, after I removed and put the " air freshener" outside. It seems to be very popular in El Salvador. But the chemicals in there are not good for the body!

We enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It's not your fancy 5 star hotel. It has all your basic needs. Hot water, free breakfast, free hotel parking and it's very clean. The entrance is very unique. We traveled as a family of five. I was glad they were able to accommodate us, most places were telling us we needed to get 2 rooms. All in all we have no complaints.

The property is ok but a/c did not work properly and was hot at night cause the air flow was very low and the unit is too high And there are too many straight dogs in the street and thy bark at night so much that they don’t let sleep

Great hotel! We were incredibly impressed with the hotel and our room. Walking distance to lots of shops. Spacious room and bathroom with a balcony looking down to the street. The staff were incredibly courteous and friendly! Be sure to check out the terrace on the third floor, great view of La Catedral.

We did not enjoy our stay. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. But, the hotel is old and needs improvements. The WiFi comes in and out, there are no curtains on the windows, there is no furniture or nightstands for suitcases or bags, no mini-fridge, there are not enough working outlets, the water is not hot, so loud outside, step and down from bathroom is awkward. We left after one night. Stay at Boca Olas, Hyatt Centric or Barcelo instead.

I didn’t like that they had receptions going on the 2 days I stayed and made my stayed uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast was good. Service was great. Weird place since it has a lot history it gave me chills to stay there.
