"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Ibuku. The place is a dream and the views are so beautiful it’s almost unreal. Customer service was top notch, we traveled with my mom and did not realize there were a lot of steps, they moved us to a different cabin without hesitation to make her stay more comfortable, also brought breakfast to the cabin. The surroundings are full of nature, my daughter was in love with their dogs 🌺. "

I would go back in a heartbeat as those people take your comfort very seriously. Even the dog took care of us! Seriously. This place covers all your needs and they work with you. But you need to ask the right questions. This isn't the USA, so don't assume that everything is inclusive. Their prices are pretty good and I would recommend anyone to go there.
