"The good: the host was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The restaurant was awesome, in the top three of restaurants in Colombia. The pool was nice, and the staff was friendly The bad: it is under the glide path of incoming flights to MDE so plan to be awakened all night. There was no hot water the first day. "The room was nice, and the staff, once we got in touch with them, were very helpful. The bedrooms are relatively quiet considering how noisy it was outside. Check in was a bit disappointing. "Excellent place to stay when in San Rafael. The apartment itself is in perfect condition and the owners are super friendly and service minded. Complementary breakfast in the garden restaurant in the mornings and with a view over the river and curious little monkeys in the trees surrounding it I highly recommend this place. "
