"Room a little musty "

"Did not end up staying, but the staff was very nice and did their best to be helpful. The house (hotel) looked very nice and clean. It is downtown, which requires parking nearby or using a valet service, which didn't work for our purposes, but shouldn't deter clients from wanting to stay if they have reason(s) to be in the area."

"The front desk person during the day was friendly, and she concentrated on people not just checking in, but coming from their hotel rooms to see that their needs were met. The cleaners did a good professional job keeping the room clean. However, the toilet paper in the bathroom was opened before I came in, and the toilet did not have a paper ring on it."

"The hotel room was a suite and it was clean and very spacious. The pillows and mattress were just ok. It’s important to note they DO NOT accept cash and they clean rooms EVERY OTHER day, NOT DAILY. The front desk staff could have been much friendlier. The property is well kept and conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the airport. "
