"El Hotel es muy lindo y los amenities que tiene no son tan buenos como la piscina, las canchas de tenis no tienen ni alquilan raquetas y el personal no se ve muy contento ni a gusto. El desayuno muy normal para la categoria de Hotel que es y creo que hay mucho mejores hoteles con mas valor precio calidad en Bariloche. Deberían alcanzar la categoria de Marriot Bonvoy en el mundo"

"The employees went above and beyond for my stay and it was literally a 5 - 10 min walk to the ski ticket counter at Cerro Catedral. Jacuzzi tub worked great the and the daily breakfast with coffee and fresh juice was always a nice way to wake up. You set the drop off time! Not to mention worked class skiing where Patagonia meets the Andes. I’ll be back for sure! La Base for rentals!! "

"Amazing views. Super comfortable and luxurious. Check in was weird but could have been a language/WhatsApp barrier. Had a washer/dryer in the room as well as a full kitchen. Full wall picture window overlooking the lake. Indoor/outdoor heated pool and sauna. Water pressure was amazing. "

"This hotel was beyond perfect for our purposes. It was a sanctuary of calm just far enough away from bustling downtown Bariloche and yet a very easy drive to all of the area’s amazing natural attractions. We had a vehicle so we wanted to avoid any surprise parking concerns / fees, which likely would have been the case in-town. All of the staff were completely professional and could not have been more kind and helpful. Highly recommended!!"
