"Great hotel overall. This was our second visit this year we have noticed however the staff are not as good as they were before. We stayed in a pool view preferred club room and had a partial ocean view. Room was great, breakfast was nice apart from trying to get a coffee was almost impossible. "We had a wonderful 5 night stay here. The apartments are conveniently located (circa 10 min walk) from the old town with its lovely restaurants and bars. the appartments and complex are well maintained and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a real bonus delicious food with so many options to choose from. The staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay. "Our economy room was clean and had a great shower at the start of our stay with lots of hot water but for some unknown reason the shower become almost cold by the end of the week. Even though we had superb weather we still like a warm shower. Our room was basic but good enough for what we wanted as out most of the time. Would stay here again if on a budget. One of the rooms overlooking the pool would have been a nicer location i think."

"A lovely hotel with great facilities and bedrooms, the only thing letting it down was the restaurant. Only stayed one night but the quantity, quality and variety of the food was poor. Difficulty in finding plates and extra cutlery and food was not topped up in a timely manner. Pity as in all other aspects the hotel was great. Poorest food we’ve ever had in H10 hotels or indeed in any other 4* hotels."
