"Staying here felt like our own private resort. It was perfect for what we needed which was to unplug. It truly is an oasis. It's close enough to everything - shopping, beaches, groceries, restaurants, etc - but wonderful to come back to without the chaos of resorts/resort towns if that's what you're looking for. Debbie was so kind and accommodating and really went out of her way when we needed help (nothing to do with the property). 5 out of 5 stars for everything - thank you Debbie!"

"The villa was actually 3 separate apartments. This was not what is described on your site. Apartment 2 had a spiral staircase that was supposed to go up to the apartment above, but it has had a ceiling put on so we could not go up into the apartment. The apartments all need a good revamp very tatty drawers, there are no oven trays to cook with either. The front doors in the apartments on the ground floor are very hard to lock. The oven symbols are missing so you dont know what you are cooking on. The hot plate in the large apartment didnt work and the knobs for the hob are all stuck, you can only use 0 or 6 on 2 of them. We had a new washing machine fitted as the ones in the apartments downstairs did not work. The pool had so many missing tiles where you walk into it and it does not look like the pictures at all. My granddaughter cut her foot the first day she got in the pool. Apartment 1 had raw sewage come up twice and we had to go and buy cleaning products to mop the floor with. The whole villa flooded twice from nearly every room when it rained. We are all really disappointed with the money we paid and the way you advertised the villa was just not true. It was not a luxury villa. We have photos and videos as evidence of the state of the villa. This was not worth the money at all. We would like to talk to someone with regards to our stay. "

"The property is really impressive, the pictures on the web site are accurate. Pool area is amazing. Hot tub is good but perhaps a little old. You need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. Old town and Puerto Calero both about 10 minutes drive away.Host was very helpful :-)"

"The property was great with plenty of room for a large family. Pool was lovely, and cleaned during our visit. We hired a car and all the resorts and places of interest were within a 30 minute drive. Property was just a little tired, but it didn't spoil our holiday. Rossi was very helpful and on hand for any emergencies."

"The villa is stunning with great views over to the coast. It was equipped very well with everything we could possibly need, and was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather was awful when we were there - lots of torrential rain and cloud, and it was cold out of the sun, but the lounge was very comfortable and heaters were provided. "

"This villa was excellent. The photos are accurate. The location is great for seeing the island if you have a car. The pool is unheated but we still used it every day in February. The beds are comfortable. The villa was generously provisioned (loo paper, soap in kitchen and both bathrooms, washing liquid and conditioner, dozens of dishwasher tablets, beach towels, bath towels, lots of crockery and kitchen equipment).Getting into the villa was straightforward. There was an online check-in to do, which I needed help with, but Carla was very responsive via WhatsApp and also in advance of our stay in answering our questions.The view of volcanoes from the master bedroom was a treat every morning and the garden is well maintained.Overall I was very happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying in future."
