"Good clean hotel with great service, still, didn’t feel any special about it being a 5* resort. Would have to stay at other places in Lanzarote to comment what’s better but Servatur Waikiki in Gran Canaria was at par with this one. Location is great though for walking trips to playa Flamingo or Papagayo. Also playa Dorada is just outside. "

It you're looking for an all-inclusive on the beach choice, this one isn't for you and didn't appear to have loads of options for kids. We were looking for a really nice 3 days away as a couple without loads of plans and just relaxing. The hotel was beautifully designed and exactly what we were looking for. The staff was also so friendly and helpful. "

"Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Only stayed on a B&B basis but breakfast selection was excellent. On the negative side, I twice reported a problem with the balcony light but it was not fixed during our one week stay"

"Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience."
