"Really enjoyed the knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff. Karla and Jimena went above and beyond. It s noisy but still worth the stay. Brought my elderly parents and they enjoyed it as well despite the stairs. "

"Terrible! The bad: 1) Itching & hives due to BED BUGS (took pic of one in the morning & called the housekeeper who took a pic too). 2) Rough bedsheets. 3) It was not clear before booking that check in was until 11:00 pm. I found out reading the email confirmation.
