"Loved the property as it was almost fairytale like. The staff was lovely and did everything possible to help us navigate the area. It is not easily reached by train and Uber is non-existent, but the property and its location is 5 star. Breakfast was included and it more than exceeded my expectation. "Booking was really easy. Olivia communicates well by e-mail and answers queries quickly. We had a really late arrival at the property which went really smoothly as arranged by Olivia. The house is very large. The living area is warm and cosy with a sofa and a seating area if you want to eat there. The kitchen is very well equiped so there were no problems with cooking for 5. It has a seating area for 6/7 and enough cutlery and crockery to ensure you don't have to switch on the dishwasher...

"We stayed here for one night. It was fine for a one day stay. The furnishing and carpeting are somewhat worn but it was clean. We were not there long enough to use any appliances other than the refrigerator, which worked fine. The location itself is so-so. it is very close to the rodelbahn and some nice hikes but the views from the property itself are rather limited. The neighbors have big old rusted boiler (or something like that) in the front yard so not super attractive immediate surrounding....

"Basically when you book this place you get no address (just incorrect gps coordinates labeled L2 L2 that take you somewhere in the same town, to the house of an Indian family, which you can imagine our mutual suprise when I knocked on the door). They also have no Email address, and a phone number that leads to a company in Germany that doesn't answer the phone. Also the messaging feature on vrbo is turned off for this property. I spent at least an hour on hold over all the times I called to try...

"Fantastic location and wonderful property. Hot tub required wood for heating and took time to reach required temperatures. Sauna was outstanding and property well maintained. Security lights stayed on too late at night and landscape lights came on too late to enjoy the outside in the evening. Kristen was very responsive and Michael was very helpful with the walk around to help us feel comfortable. All in all a wonderful experience."
