"Friendly and helpful staff, even with a few concerns it was not an issue for them to help out with! Bed was a tiny bit small as I didn’t have enough head room for getting on and off the middle bunk."

"Stayed 8 nights here on our trip to London! Hotel was modern, clean, quiet and close to many restaurants. All of the staff were very nice and accommodating as well. Especially Joyce from the kitchen/room service, the doormen, and the servers at The Origin (the hotels restaurant). Would stay again!"
