He recieved our special request for a room on the first floor, recommended the fireworks at niagara falls that night, and even replied to my message when I forgot where he said I should park. Excellent customer service!! Also very clean smelling and looking immediately when walking through the doors of both the lobby and our room "

"We were dubious when we arrived at the property. It is not located in the greatest neighborhood. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated. We heard sirens three times before ten pm on the first night. And when we went to the nearby grocery, there was an armed guard in the lobby. We spoke to the security guard, and he said that the neighborhood only sees crimes of opportunity for the most part. And, as we were returning to the apartment from the grocery store, we noticed that there is a fire...

"Location was great! Neighborhood was nice and good for walking the dog. Property owner was responsive when items were needed for the rental. The entire rental needs a deep clean and some more seating for the TV room. Maybe a few upgrades to the furniture, appliances, kitchen ware etc."
